Amiable Quadrant Asking plus Emoting MBTI Types xxFJ
Persons of the Amiable style exhibit supportive action in support of their own or others goals. Their reactions to new situations are unhurried while analyzing the situation. Their response will, likely, avoid conflict and they will be concerned about the current time frame. They are facts oriented while
the facts that they seek concern relationships. They will show minimum concern for changing any routines. Their actions toward others support feelings and relationships in seeking to maintain harmony in and with their environments. In non-linear problem solving, they will offers guarantees with assurances supporting their solutions. Their non-linear decisions will most often be based upon thinking plus without an immediate logical explanation. But the use of thinking plus for non-linear decisions does not limit or impede their abilities to think logically to solve math or other linear problems. They will resist logical solutions to non-linear problems even to the point to ending communications with the party offering the unacceptable solution. They are driven to serve people. When in management roles, the group managed will likely be small. If a decision is challenged, they will take it personally and not constructively. They want both work and recreation organized and settled and they are good especially with recreation and entertainment. They are very good receptors, often unconsciously, of non-verbal signals generated by other individuals.
Analytical Amiables Mostly Emoting / Mostly Asking ISFJ
(4.75% Population) These individuals are the least hedonistic of all groups. Work is good-play must be earned. They remember the past and seek to preserve traditions. Established routines will be followed and they can execute very detailed lists of instruction and repeat often with few or no mistakes with no complaints. They normally avoid management positions because of tension involved. A stable work environment is needed with linear decisions involved that can be answered based on prior training.

(14.0% Population) These individuals are the most social and sympathetic of all types. Their lives are structured about many “shoulds” and “should nots”. When their rules are not followed, they become very upset. They must be around people. They seek harmony more than any other type. They are outstanding hosts and hostesses and they remember names of individuals often with only one meeting. They are impressed by titles and rank and tend to find such individuals to idolize. Many members of this group have a very difficult time accepting responsibility for their actions when such actions were discovered to be wrong later without regard for seriousness of the offense. They are loyal to individuals mostly. Gender problems exist and males often try to hard to appear more male.
Expressive Amiables Very Emoting / Mostly Asking ENFJ
(4.75% Population) These individuals are the most empathetic of all types being sensitive to both individual and group needs. They exhibit care, concern and a willingness to become involved. They place a high value on cooperation and are willing to cooperate with others as well. These characteristics lead to them being chosen as leaders frequently. However, their greatest strengths sometimes cause them to become overwhelmed by they getting too close to others and then causing them to promise more help and support than they can deliver. Care needs to be taken that they have the needed facts for a decision. And, they need to be attentive to correctly using facts and valid information.
Driving Amiables Mostly Emoting / Mostly Asking INFJ
(1.50% Population) These individuals are very complex and difficult to read. They comprise the group most likely to experience ESP (Extra Sensory Perception) even at a distance and the most likely to experience episodes of physic phenomena, They so value harmony that tense situations can make them physically ill, if conditions persist long enough. They focus on values and come to decisions easily. They also have the ability to see what is happening with those around them before the other person does. In living, their worst enemy is frequently themselves from self criticism.
